Fiery Chili Lime Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients


  • jumbo shrimp

    1 lb

  • lime juice

    1/4 cup

  • olive oil

  • chili powder

  • smoked paprika

  • cayenne pepper

  • fresh cilantro (chopped)

Steps


  • In a bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and fresh cilantro.

  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.

  • Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly charred.
